IF our species loses sustainability, it will have been one hell of a media mistake. Public broadcasting has more of an opportunity for whole truth journalism than commercial media. The world's biggest public broadcaster is the BBC. The owners of the BBC are the British people - every Brit of us therefore has more of a responsibility to demand sustainability journalism that other [world citizens]. How can we Brits do this?

0 Reciprocally if you are not a Brit, please do list here any world citizen theme that your nation has a particular responsibility to lead the trust mapping of.

  • Nation/Curiosity Responsibility

1 Trust Mapping Exercise 1: can we get to know which journalists are most prepared to ask questions about sustainability. Please add to a list here -clarifying whether journalist is BBC or not BBC

Map 1a where can we find out information profiling BBC journalists. And as we browse this could we start a *****!!!!!! ranking sustem. *'s = shows concern on sustainability; !s = has a position that has unique leverage in wising up public on sustainability

eg David Attenborough *!!!!! - As chief nature correspondent, David says it is only recently with overwhelming evidence of a climate crisis that he feels it right to debate this. His logic : my job gives me such unusual influence that it would have been improper to question this earlier.

[Facebookers support] cause of the real news network: hopefully one day real news can do a reverse takeover of the BBC and we can get back on sustainability's 30000 deepest truth story searching's script of 24 years ago http://www.normanmacrae.com/netfuture.html#Anchor-Changin-27687

BBC & AGE OF FALLIBILITY I think this is doubly revealing of a culture of fear that exists at the BBC: there are crises like climate where waiting for overwhelming evidence may be too late to save the world. Moreover, by holding the bbc journalist to a higher standard of don't use your influence to explore than any other journalist, the unique edge that the BBC could have in searching future truth gets diluted- bit by bit, blair by bliar. This is particularly ironic in the case of David, whose brother Richard directed the film Gandhi. Gandhi's centenary year 2007 of Satyagraha- whole truth questioning - was all about how do leaders question what a culture is compounding disastrous consequences on because ruling people are censoring freedom of debate.

My grandad's story offers a unique testimony- he was mentored in [deep democracy] by Gandhi on media/truth crisis -being transfomred from the British Raj judge who imprisoned Gandhi in the 1920's to writing up the legalese of India's Independence in the 1940s. Sustainability will require that we empower a united liberation of all peoples - why not vote for a top 100 pops of 2 minute videos on empowerment/sustainability. Is there any more vital world service news story than this? Write to info @worldcitizen.tv if you have an answer - we are all eyes and ears so to speak.

  • The BBC's [list] of blogs

2 The 2nd largest public broadcaster is India's DD. This means that the BBC and DD have an unique opportunity to partner in world citizen journalism. Can we start to compile a league table of British or Indian people who could be influencing this now.

2.1 Sir Nick Stern -while the tresury's senior economist, Sir Nick edited 3 extraoridnary quests:

  • climate crisis
  • Africa Commission Crisis
  • Development economics crisis

Today he holds the chair at the LSE in the commemorating the name of one of India's most curious economist. Morever in welcomnig this new position, India's leader Manmohan Singh made it clear that these are times that economics needs questioning like never before. My dad forecast this ["changing economics"] timeline as absolutely critical in integrating every local society's rights into the globalisation we network. He did this 24 years ago when completing his [Entrepreneurial Revolution] Trilogy at The Economist. Next year is his 85th birthday party. How can [we all] host an event for the most transparently curious journmalists, economists or systemic entrepreneurs? How can we develop a 5 year program of world citizen events- passports to Sustainability

007 [Espians 24], Solaroof's Green in the City 008 85th birthday of founding journalist of Entrepreneurial Revolution networks 009 010 011 012 [Londoners/Brits] review whether Sustainability journalism has become uncensored. If not, ask whether BBC needs to be closed or spectator sports like the Olympics banned until British citizens have participated in discovering solutions to species survival.

3 The British Constitution As caring people from 1843 debated the huge human disasters embedded in the Empire System of "ruling the world": the role of the monarchy to over-trump short-term greed that one-dimensional party politics can accidentally compound over time was an unique world service design. The Queen has been most clear since her 2006 end of year speech to the commonwealth that our number 1 duty is to question in any way we can: Is (globalisation) turning humanity on itself? Why not write to a governor of the BBC or a BBC journalist or your MP a letter rehearsing why failing to empower this line of questioning now is to interact treachery to our nation and on our species? [Whole truth mediation] and freedom of speech needs to be that simple - don't you think?

Perhaps Tony Blair shouldn't have rushed off to try to liberate the peoples of Palestine and Israel before liberating the BBC and all our childrens' tomorrows. Remembering how he censored the pre-Iraq war discussions on weapons of mass destruction, the integrity of Blair owes the peoples of Her Majesty, the commonwealth and the globe that world service - would you say?
