How to make best use of the person-based wiki. Wiki's are normally used to crystallise knowledge; we are using it to formalise collaborative process.

  • Regarding your Userpage
    • Update your daily intentions regularly, so that everyone can keep abreast of your developments...
    • Click on the titles on your userpage to view everyone else's intentions, targets, skills, needs, etc...
    • Edit any of your items with the "(+/-)" button beside each title...
    • Stick in <onlyinclude> and </onlyinclude> tags to show what you are doing today, and create day titles for previous intention days blaaa... eg User:Happyseaurchin/Today
  • Regarding decisions -- compare to Process#Decision_Making
    • Create links to decisions that need to be made
    • Use category function to label the meeting type: [[category:decision]]
    • Let the process evolve, and more prominant people, almost critical for the effectiveness of the decision, will emerge
  • Regarding meetings
    • Create links to meetings you are going to
    • Label all the Meeting pages just eg"2007-05-23 bruder-mamading-sofia" style page titles, with [[Category:Meeting]] at the bottom if they are important
    • Label all meeting pages with "2007-07 Meetings" if it is a general meeting...
    • Invite everyone who is going to that meeting to write intentions
    • Afterwards, invite everyone to write their experiences about the meeting
    • Anyone else who wishes to comment should use the discussion page...
    • Emphasise intentions rather than reporting... the desired ratio is 2:1...
  • Regarding Networks
    • write bold if they are visiting richmix
    • write normal if you plan to contact them...
    • write italics if you don't plan to invite them
  • Regarding shaila's
    • Lable all the Shaila pages just '2006-05-23' style page titles, with {{shaila}} at the top

The use of a wiki in this way is new, in my experience, and offers the opportunity for a non-managed collaborative network. It is not just a technical system, but a mindset on how to best make use of our intentions/efforts in order to manifest collective results. Here's my initial attempt to explain it...
