Removing the Page Title
It looks like one can remove the "Main Page" heading on the front page by editing Common.js, but that page is locked for me. Can someone give me privs for that? --sbp
Wiki Dumps
Can we make sure we definitely have regular dumps of this wiki so that the data isn't lost, please? At the very least, it might be nice if we just wget -r it every so often.
Flickr/a non-commercial web 2.0
I don't know the right place to put it, but maybe here you'll see it: In answer to an (German language only) Telepolis article about Flickrs recent attempt on hard-filtering (and the community protest) and the consequences for social software, I got a link to this page. Maybe you're interested that some Flickr users at the moment discuss the necessity of a "free" alternative, or a meta structure to link people moving to different photo communities (a good starting point in this discussion is here, entries by me, triotex and kawazu). -- Till We *)
the active areas
Can I suggest that we consider what goes in the active areas...? Is it just the more recent? Or the most popular? Because my guess is, it should be hot points... and, for example, getting 100 people to richmix, would be a hotpoint, and invitation into it should be fairly accessible from the mainpage...Happyseaurchin 12:50, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
