A slightly unusual maths teacher. Although his primary attention is on maths, he has been actively playing around with mechanisms of self-organisation and systems which encourage self-discipline and social-responsibility. It can work in classes with 30 kids. Can the same principles work with collectives of adults? Because of the nature of the material, human beings, there is deep respect for people's individual contributions, and a trust that they align themselves harmoniously. There is no control, no aggregation of power or skills or money... that's why i am involved in 24weeks.

- verbalising concepts, pointing at abstraction, ie teaching maths
- pointing at the human heart
- creating environments where people generate self-organising skills, eg school, tron
- interested in generating systems which engender self-discipline and social responsibility, eg in schools
- confronting, directly, cleanly, eg when someone is doing something harsh, unthinking, bullish...
- being genuinely interested in people :)
- design a working prototype which contains all the principles of the Confluence Model
- have at least one small group of dedicated users confluencing around specific projections
- invite other individuals to confluence
- make user uptake simple, eg app on facebook, and independent internet presence
- emphasise the importance of the realtime operating system to make the thing work
- prove confluence model is useful
- a team of seven's projection of making £1,000,000 in a year is realised
- eradicate one global problem in a month through concerted confluence of 1000 people
- establish a global confluence for the opportunity for worldpeace by 2020
- have fun realising projections collectively, where networking halves the task and does not add to it; less info more action
- seek big adoption, eg apple make a new application as significant as "browser", certainly more useful than "calendar"
- free our selves from calendar-clock lock-in wrt work and play, and live an opportunistic life

David Pinto would like someone to:
- estimate the cost of a build
- funders: to pay a team perhaps...
- someone to set it up as an opensource project at sourceforge...
- edit the wiki to make it look nice: graphic design
- edit the wiki to include precise references: someone brainy
Sofia Bustamante would like David Pinto to (+/-):

David Pinto would like Sofia Bustamante to (+/-):
- um... are we not allowed to redirect funds into this...?
- could we establish the build-time for a prototype...?
- could we ask tav to estimate this as a client-based thing...?
- would this be part of the money he has received from chris...?
