WTF (WTF's The Future?!) is a self-organising festival of ideas, collaboration and action for creating a better future. Provisionally, the venue is set for Rich Mix, and the date will be released at 24Weeks Upcoming Events page.
The process by which we arrive at the event is an open and collaborative affair.

Overview
Typically What The Future days start at 1pm and will finish with a party (with live acts) at 1am. Over the course of the day, upwards of 200 to a maximum of 1000 people are expected to be coming to the WTF.
As people come into the building they will be guided through the café and up the stairs to the mezzanine. Here they collect until the next induction loop is started, which should occur every 15mins. They are led into the small vestibule behind the glass wall at the top of the stairs with three double doors. The induction loop allows everyone who has a phone or computer or camera to be linked to the tracking system using wireless or bluetooth. People are then free to explore the event.
The day comes to a close with an invite-only party, for people to relax and enjoy each others company after an intense day of sharing ideas and contacts.
